The T1 Performance Training Team was built to deliver the highest-level training we offer. This system has been refined through years of success with hundreds of athletes.
This program blends scientifically proven methods with proven coaching experience to maximize performance. Every detail is designed to develop you into a complete athlete: resisted sprints, flying 10s, maximal strength and hypertrophy work, plyometrics, loaded and unloaded jumps, and isometric applications.
This program will challenge you in every way. Commit to the process and you’ll become the strongest, fastest, and most explosive version of yourself through this weekly updated training system.
It's just real, simple, hard training. My lifetime best performances have all come through this system: sprinting 21 mph, cleaning 315 lbs, benching 375 lbs (and repping 315 lbs), squatting 500 lbs, front squatting 385 lbs, lunging 385 lbs, and touching 10’10” on the Vertec.
